Greeco organic farm is a social enterprise that utilizes small spaces to set up networked organic gardens in communities using locally available materials. In 2015, Ms Nyangoma Margret was diagnosed with a very serious heart condition. Doctors at the Heart Institute Mulago recommended that the only medicine was fresh vegetables. Faced with the above situation the daughter (Ms Nyakato Moreen) started growing kitchen gardens at home in small spaces with a start-up capital of 2000/ which is ideally less than $1 .Due to High demand, it tuned to a business.2015-2018- Informal business operations, November 2018 Registered . Greeco organic farm is looking forward to raise 50,000,000.00 million Uganda shillings. Greeco organic farm is an opportunity for an investor to help the enterprise scale up and increase production from 10% to 20%

Traction to date

Currently Greeco organic farm has headquarters in Kiko town council Kabarole district which it just acquired early December 2019. Business registration with Uganda Registration Services Bureau Reg NO. 80020001405726. Tax Identification Number 101428752 with Uganda Revenue Authority. Value addition on the Greeco organic farm’s product at the food science incubation center at Makerere university. Successfully completing the pre-investment preparedness training for the ENABLE Youth Program Uganda. Networking with more farmers. Training at the world Vegetable Center Arusha Tanzania

Initially we used boda bodas but we now have our own motor bikes as mode of transport on fields, deliveries and other farm operations

2020 we acquired an irrigation system (drip irrigation type)
